Matthew 18:15-17 outlines a three-step
(ADR) process for Conflict Resolution and Christian discipline among

/ ‘International Christian Arbitrator’© Reg.: TX 9-526-837 : July 02, 2025 (USA). They are: 1) Negotiation: “Go to the person privately to resolve the
issue”, 2) Mediation / Conciliation: “If that fails,
take one or two others as witnesses”, and 3) 1 Corinthians 6:5 Model Arbitration: “If they still won't
listen, bring it to the church/ International Christian Arbitrator© (as per 1 Corinthians 6:5). The goal is to restore the lost
relationship between the believers. If the said process does not work out their
resort is the formal Courts.
