Supremacy of Law:
For the law to bring justice, it must be applied equally to everyone. No one should be above the law — not powerful leaders, and not the poorest citizens. If the law is not applied fairly, it stops being a tool for justice and becomes a tool for control or abuse.
The law can help keep peace and fairness, but only if the laws we write match the basic sense of right and wrong that people feel in their hearts. When the law doesn’t reflect this shared sense of fairness, it loses its power to solve problems peacefully. Instead, it depends only on the power of those who enforce it — and then it can easily be misused for personal benefit instead of justice.
