ICA University being a Division of a Charter dated 08.03.2003 of a USA based incorporation on Christian ethics and ethos, dated 22.01.1979 is open to all irrespective of any gender, sexual considerations, citizenship, States, race, sects and class or educational level. ICA University is registered with MHRD, Department of Higher Education, Government of India- Registration No. L-52087/2013. It has been established adhering to all national and International regulations, laws and legal concerns required to function away from any other Charter/s, or any parental Organization/s or other Rules and Regulations if there are any in the Division. Now it is absolutely independent including being autocephalous. It is now a registered Educational Charity.
ICA University is dedicated to promote 1330 Eunoia works based on the Kurals . All 133 Chapters are divided under 16 Headings by Dr. R.J.A. Stephen Loie with a view to spreading the essence of the Kurals to recognize the Executors of Kural ideals. Barring the said translated book Dr.Stephen Loie has voiced out all 1330 Kurals with his interpretations ( called "Thirukkural English Couplet for ICA University"-ISBN:978-93-5416-084-4) as per his translations, which are the only subjects that one can learn in this University.
