ICA University is the Translator of UDHR, 1948 into Indian Tamil, which can be visited by a click on Human Rights Data-base of the United Nations . We train you to become a successful Communication Author, adhering to all required procedures to assist the public in filing Human Rights Violation complaints before the United Nations Human Rights Council through Special Procedures under Resolution 5/1 of 18 June 2007.
