1. General Representation and Warranty
A. General
You (User) represent and warrant that (i) your use of the Website will be in strict accordance with our Terms of Use and with all applicable laws and regulations (including and without limitation to any local laws or regulations in your country, state, city, or another governmental area, regarding online conduct and acceptable content, and including all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from India or the USA or the country in which you reside), and (ii) your use of the Web Site will not infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of any third-party.
B. Specific regarding ICA University
Your (Common Patron's) visit to our site under www.icauniversity.us means you are volunteering on reading any page or post / content or anything thereon written or in the form of audio or video. While welcoming you, we instruct that your visit warranties that you are legally bound under the Terms of Visit of our site, www.icauniversity.us or any other reference site or web page therefrom. Your visit warranties that you are not at liberty to speak anything unknown to you, without knowing or sans any effort to know about the legal status of the site, www.icauniversity.us and its related pages or references. Please be advised that nothing will become illegal only because the Common Patron( You / the Visitor) is not aware of the legality of the subject and thus any Common Patron not knowing the legal standing and status of the www.icauniversity.us or its related pages or references is neither entitled to speak anything against the ICA University or its domain name, www.icauniversity.us, nor is he/ she entitled to malign the name of the Founder or the President or anyone of the ICA University and its related domain or pages or references. but this does not stop anyone to know about the unknown things about the ICA University or its related pages or references by requests to the concerned person/s in Charge or the Founder/ President. Any new aspect or any non-traditional or unconventional approach legally formed for a legally approved purpose for the world's good is unquestionably legal notwithstanding the anyone's / Common Patron's lack of such legal knowledge.
C. Consent
ICA University and its domain or its blog's name or its references or page/s are all legally protected, approved and functioning to the extent they are to as far as the concerned law/s permit in the USA / India or internationally. Any Common Patron on entering into the www.icauniversity.us agrees to abide by all Terms, which may be the Condition/s or Rule/s or Procedure/s (in short, all these are referred to as "Terms" throughout herein or in the Website pages or referenced page/s or elsewhere).
Thus, any Common Patron / Member / Student / Volunteer/ awardee/ Ambassador / Volunteer ( in any capacity / Patron / anyone intend to get associated with the the ICA University agrees to consent to the following specific agreement terms also, apart from all other agreements exclusively and explicitly agreed upon: 1. That this agreement is between the President / his designated person/ assignee of the ICA University / ICA University itself / www.icauniversity.us / ICA University functioning with or without an online ISSN number if any from the USA or India / any Unit or main Organization associated with ICA University, such as Law Eunoia Services / Teach Eunoia Services / Thirukkural English Couplet Eunoia Foundation (India) or ICA University (India) as a registered NPO or Law Eunoia Service ( India) / Law Eunoia Service LLC ( New York, USA) as herein set forth elsewhere or as informed to the Common Patron ( hereinafter the Controller) and the Visitor/s, who merely visit/s or join/s any unit or get/s himself/ herself associated with the University in any manner including in the capacity as a Patron (hereinafter the Common Patron) on this day of the Common Patron visiting the website called, www.icauniversity.us or on the day of his ( refers also to her/ their date of association as the case may be) joining the ICA University or its associate/s or unit/s or main organization under any other agreement, we enter into this agreement automatically when he/ she ( may also refer to they according to the situation) agrees to abide by Terms of the ICA University. 2. That we hereby witness as follows: That the Common Patron agrees to abide all Rules , Conditions, Procedures, ( hereinafter Terms). 3. The Common Patron agrees to send any Notice to the Controller if he/she has any clarification regarding anything mentioned or published here on the website, giving 30 days period for a reply from the Controller, via the Form enclosed here: and in addition the Common Patron agrees to inform his sending such a Notice to the Controller through the email: icauniversity@gmail.com .4. The Common Patron agrees not to slander nor to libel against the ICA University lest he/she be liable for a compensation of ten million US dollars excluding the cost of all expenses whether legal or for travel or any conveyance in this regard in other words to the extent of all expenses whatsoever. 5. The aggrieved Party ( the Party who is affected and has issued a Legal Notice at a first instance through the email, meant for such transactions as herein mentioned) may initiate arbitral proceedings by appointing a Sole Arbitrator, who has ten or more years of experience as an advocate in any High Court or such other competency as per law 6. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the Venue shall be Chennai in India, if not otherwise agreed upon separately or if not the Arbitrator otherwise suggests. 7. Both the Parties agree to be bound by the award without any condition whatsoever, waiving their absolute rights of appeal thereon as far as the law is concerned. 8. The payment so awarded to be paid within the time and failing which the awarded payment will attract an interest day-wise at the maximum rate allowed in law. 9. This agreement is applicable to anyone including any Common Patron from any country. 10. Arbitral Proceedings shall be either conducted online or physically or in hybrid mode. 11. If the awarded amount is not paid the Judgment Creditor can execute the award via the Hon'ble Court and the expenses are to be borne by the Judgment Debtor. 12. In case the Common Patron is insolvent or unable to pay off he shall be prosecuted criminally by the Controller for his/her slander / libel and the Controller's right to prosecute additionally in any other case, considering the harm caused to the name of the Controller during or post arbitral proceedings in any case of libel or slander is also agreed upon.13. The Terms refer to all Conditions laid down here.14. Any other dispute if not arbitrable lies within Chennai. India jurisdiction only if not otherwise agreed upon.15. The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended till date is the law for any arbitration if not otherwise agreed upon separately. 16. All Arbitration procedures if other than the Indian Arbitration Law mentioned above, would have specifically been mentioned on the agreement but whatever law is followed the model UNCITRAL law and Rules thereof are absolutely applicable to Arbitration proceedings if any clarification is needed or if any law is silent on any matter pertaining to the arbitral proceedings. 17. The Bible is the Rule of Law in all arbitral proceedings initiated irrespective of any Church doctrines, any religious' dogmas etc. as the ICA University treats the Bible, which is the "Procedural Rules" book, considering its aloofness, away from any religion, even Christianity as an institutionalized religion, 18. If a Notice is given by one party inviting for conciliation / Mediation Settlement and agreed upon by the other party, Conciliation / Mediation proceedings may be initiated and Conciliation / Mediator may be appointed with the consent of both parties. 19. One who issues the Notice first for any of the ADR proceedings is the Claimant and the other party is not entitled to initiate separate proceedings thereafter at any time. 20. A Notice via the registered email is sufficient and if seven days period lapses sans any reply by the other party, the content of the email is estopped of. If replied also that will not stop the arbitral proceedings except other disputes. 20. The President of ICA University or the Controller is the final authority in any matter of appointment or admission and his discretion cannot be questioned in any manner as the Constitution of ICA University is such. 21. The "Terms" shall be copyright registered in India / USA / in any other country for a proof of record that it cannot be questioned after acceptance. 22. If any more point/s need/s to be added the Controller has to inform the intention to the other party via email registered and after the lapse of seven days he may be free to move forward to add and send it again for copyright registration. 23. Any new Rule can be formed/ amended/deleted/ added by the Controller irrespective of any revolt by the other party as ICA University's Terms are formed on the authority of the President / Controller but if any biblical point is brought out in terms of amendment it may be considered but final decision is the Controller's only. 24. Appointment Terms, (appointment of any Ambassador is included) and Admission Terms ( hereinafter Invitee's Terms ) are separately given herein below / by a click on the link but these Specific regarding ICA University and the Consent are applicable as to the case / as far as the case is concerned. 25. All other Terms herein are also equally applicable to the Invitee's Terms irrespective of any country. 26. ICA University does not discriminate in terms of gender, nationality, age, caste, creed, religion, colour as long as the law does not require any specification. 27. The Common Patron includes the Patron of ICA University in terms of the applicability of Terms but the Patron of ICA University is a specific volunteer appointment like the Volunteer Director etc. 28. In all matters the intervention of the Chancellor of ICA University ( the Lord Jesus Christ who functions as the Chancellor of the ICA University ) is final even for initiation of dispute resolution or for continuation of its process or during process or post award process by way of inspiration or revelation as far the ICA University is concerned. 29. Whenever it is referred to as ICA University it also means either www.icauniversity.us or International Christian Arbitrators University and sometimes Law Eunoia Service /LLC ( India / USA). 30. The expansion of ICA University is International Christian Arbitrators University and the website address is www.icauniversity.us and its blog address is www.icauniversity.blogspot.com ( alternatively used) and another blog associated with the ICA University is www.icauniversity-edu.blogspot.com .
D. Continuance of Consent
30. Both parties understand and agree that Eunoia Service /LLC ( India / USA) means Law Eunoia Service in India and Law Eunoia Service LLC, incorporated in the USA. and ignorance of this matter shall not be not entertained at any later stage as both has agreed to have known about them.
E. Consent to accept authenticity and authorization
31.It is understood, known and agreed for all Terms herein explained and the Common Patron also accepts to be a part of the ICA University in any capacity, may be a student, ambassador, partner, patron, volunteer director under those things set forth as authenticated and authorized. Firstly, it is brought to the public notice, which is greed to be verified by the Common Patron at all stages to his satisfaction before signing these Terms of factual a) that ICA University, abbreviated from International Christian Arbitrators University is unique and first of its kind in the world as a virtual University under www.icauniversity.us ,which has been registered for the CPRSP by the Government of the United States of America, Registration Number / Date: TXu002416524 / 2023-12-07, Claimant: Dr. Stephen Loie RJA and registered with the RoC, Dept. of Higher Education, MHRD, Gov. of India- Reg. No. L-52087/2013 for various functions in India b) that It is a Division of the Charter No. C.TN-03 18-MAY-2003 of a Non-profit Organization, incorporated in the State of Oregon, USA. c) that it functions as a virtual University, copyright registered as ICA University, A Virtual University- Registration No. L-101633/2021 in India. d) Its domain name is also registered in India-Registration No. L-145052/2024. It functions as the trading name of Law Eunoia Service LLC, incorporated under Certificate of the State Secretary in the State of New York, USA in all possible manner as per the Operation Agreement amended, being the propagation and certification partner as and when required. e) Law Eunoia Service LLC's Indian counterpart is law Eunoia Service duly registered as a firm. f) ICA University has been registered in India under ACT No. 2 OF 1882 for its function in the State where its office/s is/ are located g) The ICA University is accredited by the Global Standardization & Accreditation Council, USA- Vide Registration No. EN 10008 and its certification is also unique and legally framed in accordance with International law in compliance with the Country law wherefrom the Certificates are issued. h) ICA University is approved translator of UDHR, 1948 for OHCHR of the United Nations Website, may be found on https://www.ohchr.org/en/udhr/pages/Language.aspx?LangID=tam .ICA University was an institutional member of the Global Compact Network (India) of the United Nations. The ICA University is accessioned and accredited by the United Organization International Human Rights Commission-vide 00016 DFA 2020/UO. i) Other details may be seen on the website pages.
F. Consent to read the formation details of ICA University and to accept them unconditionally
32. Let it be known and it is agreed by the parties about the fact that ICA University was founded, based on Article 19, 26 of UDHR, 1948 to impart knowledge globally keeping in mind that everyone has right to education. It is our faith in Canon Law in Proverbs 23:23 to be Non-profitable, Pursuant to our Post Online Publication Charter we got it registered as an Educational Charity too. Though a division of the Charter of a non-profit Incorporation in the USA, it is autocephalous and independent. We aim to spread Peace Education free of cost sans any fee and do other Peace Eunoia works, especially with regard to Human Rights, Humanitarian Services. We aim at & look forward to partnering with the United Nations' diversified Projects. Kindly read our Disclaimer and Private Policy before joining us and endorse our Peace Charter. 'Thirukkural English Video Couplet' in 133 + 1 Videos would be the main part of our Education. We intend to appoint " ICA University Peace Ambassadors" "ICA University Human Rights Defenders" . As Prov. 4: 13(GNB) says," Education is your life, guard it well" we educate humans to be humanitarians to guard Human Rights & humanism which says, "No one is impure or unclean" as per Acts 10:28. This is globally acclaimed Christian Law based to be non-religious non-political, non-Governmental Educational Charity as per Rom 14:1, James 1:27, 2:14-17 .
G. Fee / Donation & Human /Profile Analysis, Examination & Thesis / Dissertations / Syllabus
33. It is agreed that the parties are known to the fact the ICA University's objectives and activities may be supported by Donors, sponsors and other supporters and each and every Common Patron accepts and agrees to support the ICA University by way of Donations from self / by way of initiating projects/ propagating Courses. There are five types of donors namely: I. Platinum Donors are our Patrons: The destined donation is US $ 1000 II. Gold Donors are our Sustainers: The destined donation is US $ 500 III. Silver Donors are our Contributors: The destined donation is US $ 200 IV. Bronze Donors are our Supporters: The destined donation is US $ 100 V. Any Donor is our Sponsor but they are four types: 1) Cause-related sponsors - UDS 90 and above 2) Influencing Sponsors- From USD 70 and above 3) Partnering Sponsors- From USD 40 and above 4) Other Sponsors- Any amount
34. Barring UGC accredited degrees other admissions are based on the Human / Profile Analysis or via 'Cosmic Law & Eunoia Assessment' procedure and the Candidates need to pay the Assessment fee to the concerned Professional as explained herein elsewhere. It is agreed by the Common Patron that this Clause is completely consented for joining the Courses/ Programs , may also be for participating in a Seminar / Conference and the Professional fee may vary according to persons and Programs.
35. Most of the Courses are conducted through recorded videos except for certain Seminars via online / physical mode as decided by the Controller / President. The Course examinations are also conducted online or through presentation of recorded videos except for a few paper examinations. All videos submitted for marking will be uploaded in the ICA University Today YouTube channel or ICA University Journal website ( ICA University eNews)/ blog or on both pages as decided by the Controller. Any relaxation is the discretion of the President/Controller. Thesis / Dissertation may be submitted in the form of a formal preparation. The syllabus for all Programs / Courses are as decided by the President / International Course Director (who is the President at present) which shall compulsorily include the materials/articles/published papers/videos/books exclusively written or spoken and copyrighted / copyright registered by the Founding President, which include subjects on ADRS , Bible Psychology, "Jacob... as the First Scientist", Thirukkural English Couplet, UDHR translation, Bible Medicine etc. based on law or its allied subjects or alternative medicine in line with the biblical insights.
H. Types of Donors in detail
It is agreed that the Terms as to donations as follows: That donations may be transferred through "Thirukkural English Couplet Eunoia Foundation" payment gateway Donation Button available - now at present it is Razorpay account. It is also agreed that the Terms of ICA University is agreed upon in collection of payments whether as donation or as fee as decided by the President of the ICA University. All knowledge imparting Courses are charged whereas Truth imparting Courses are not charged but supported by donors. In many cases donors are honoured with Honorary Doctorates or Honoris Causa Doctorate in accordance with the honor they deserve. It is agreed by both the parties that the President of the ICA University reserves his right in all these matters and his decision is final, which cannot be disputed at all for whatever reason as it is decided on the biblical inspiration. Teach / Law Eunoia Services Courses are entirely different from those of Law Eunoia Service / Law Eunoia Service LLC.
The Common Patrons accepts, consents and agrees to abide all Terms herein explained notwithstanding their previous relationship with any one of the ICA University's associates or the ICA University itself existing without agreeing to signing this Agreement. It is agreed that once this agreement is signed post becoming the Common Patron, he/she who has already signed come under the Terms of this agreement only irrespective of any other previous agreement/s or contracts. This agreement prevails all other ones whether signed or not, though the previous transactions cannot and shall not be counted under this agreement. It is for all forthcoming transactions or relationships or activities that would get bound under this agreement irrespective of any previous agreement/s still pending or existing and it / they would become null and void from the day of entering into this agreement. Particularly clarified that any admission procedure/s dealt through Teach Eunoia Services will be a two-fold structured unit hereafter, demanding fee on one hand , as the UGC accredited University fee structure is to be met out and necessitating your donation on another hand as it shall be a dual course structure hereafter. It is also agreed that the fee/s collected for Professional Assessment/s is / are excluded from any of the accounts herein set out, which is to be paid individually to the account of the Professional as orally agreed upon or agreed in contract/s. It is reiterated and agreed that no Professional fee is to be reckoned with the fee paid / donation offered to the ICA University.
All donations offered for any activity of the ICA University or any other Unit/s mentioned here except a few Courses/ Programs conducted by the Law Eunoia Service / LLC ( India / New York, USA) will be treated as a fund-raising activity for Thirukkural English Couplet Eunoia Foundation unless donation/s is /are offered to the ICA University account.
K. Bank Account of "Law Eunoia Service" / "Law Eunoia Service LLC"/ Professional Fee
All foreign / International / USA programs will not be neither donated to the "Thirukkural English Couplet Eunoia Foundation" account nor paid to any Indian account. The Charges are treated as Fees only for the program/s and will be counted as Business transaction and the amount is to credited in the USA Bank account in the name of "Law Eunoia Service LLC" *only. Certain other Courses/ programs conducted in Tamil Nadu, India shall be considered fee for the business account of Law Eunoia Service in Chennai. It is agreed that the Common Patron would take responsibility and will look into the specific labels to distinguish among donation and fee and business account and charity account. Professional Fee is not a fee for charity , nor for the account of any Institution/ Organization / Unit/s of Thirukkural English Couplet Eunoia Foundation. It may go to the business account of Law Eunoia Service / LLC account or any individual Professional's account. Sometimes business transaction may be converted for charity though it is not possible otherwise. However, the "ICA University" as an ISSN Journal will collect its fee separately or in the business account /s mentioned here. It is consented and agreed that the Common Patron will not get confused by taking precautious measures regarding what he intends to pay/ offer as a donation. It may also be noted that any business transaction/s may be done on the business bank account or if need be there, it may be done on the personal account of the President / his assignee without any difference whatsoever between the former and the latter. An absolute discretion in collection of fees or pertaining matter/s lie/s with the President.
L Sponsorship & scholarship
M. Establishing Centre/s or Appointing Volunteer/s or Ambassador/s or Patrons
Any Centre established in India or outside of India may be done under specific Rules, which will be incorporated in the Memorandum of Understanding. The same way Appointment of Volunteers / Volunteer Director is exclusively dealt. However any Volunteer Director ought to promote the work project allotted to him immediately after his receipt of appointment Letter or Certificate. Though all appointees are trained in person or online or in hybrid mode for no cost directly by the President himself each one of the appointees whether Volunteer Director or Patron has to admit minimum three persons to the Course for which he/ she is appointed within three month's time during the training period. Then only on his successful completion he will be absolved into regular Volunteer appointment, which may continue for 3 more years unless interrupted by the President via the registered email with one month clear notice. It is also agreed that the Volunteers appointed may continue after three years if so warranted by the President. All Terms for any appointee are also applicable to all appointees. The formal inaugural function to announce the appointee publicly may be done after three months only unless the President thinks and informs otherwise. Ambassadors are required to adhere to rules for Ambassadors which all fall under our Terms.
N. Certification
i) The Common Patron consents and agrees to accept all Rules under Terms with regard to certification without any condition whatsoever, basically accepting the authority of the President of ICA University, who is automatically the President and Chairman of all other Units, being the Chief Executive Officer of Law Eunoia Service/ LLC ( India / USA). They are given as follows: The Certification details are given hereunder as laid down by the Founding President. There are 12 Schools with different names under ICA University and all these Schools are autocephalous to issue their certificates as having been affiliated with the ICA University / www.icauniversity.us. The method of issuing Certificates depend on the Country the Common Patron belongs to. Certificates shall have the website address and show the mother organization name.
ii) Apart from 12 Schools we have two important units namely, Law Eunoia Services and Teach Eunoia Services. These two units are part of Thirukkural English Couplet Eunoia Foundation, which is registered as a Charitable Foundation in India and is exempted under 80G and 12 A of the Income Tax Act, 1961.These said units and its mother organization with ICA University , regulated under 1881 Act jointly work with Law Eunoia Service and Law Eunoia Service LLC and ICA University as a Virtual University and the ICA University under the expected ISSN, though published from the USA. USA Book of Global Talents published separately under the expected ISSN also work collaboratively. All these may work jointly or separately for issuance of Certificates as decided by the President. Validity of Certificates are as shown in the Certificates thereon. No one can demand any additional claim than its validity. The Programs / Courses conducted in collaboration with the Government entities will be certified accordingly by the Government entities themselves after completion of the Programs / Courses with the Controller.
iii) The same way the accredited University Courses/ Degrees will be issued by the concerned University itself associated with the Controller and if it is a dual program / course as agreed the other Certificate is from the Controller in whatever capacity the program / course was completed from. After the completion of Course or even during the course of any degree/ diploma the Common Patron, who is a student here may have to approach the University concerned directly for any dispute resolution if the Controller suggests / advises so.
iv) CLD- Doctor of Cosmic Law, an honorary Doctorate is an honorific title, which obtained TM from the TMR of the Government of India on 28.08.2000- Vide: 950616. It is also copyrighted- Vide: L-33116/2009, dated 04.06.2009. This very title was exclusively approved by the Liberian Educational Ministry accredited University, and by an approved Centre of UGC accredited Universities in India. This is conferred via an exceptional 'Cosmic Law & Eunoia Assessment' procedure. It is internationally acclaimed Doctorate. The legality of its offer as an h.c. Doctorate in India is fortified -vide: The letter addressed by the UGC - F.No. 1-1/2020 (CPP-II), dtd.10.02.2020, to the Author-President of ICA University. it is also a Lamed Doctorate. This Doctorate is recognized, approved by ICA University. The CLD recognizes the exceedingly excellent personalities on the basis of Christian principles and the Kuralic exposition as set out in Thirukkural English Couplet. The exclusive CLD for the candidates of Doctor of Christian Law is another exclusive dimension / form of the above said CLD - Doctor of Cosmic Law.
G. Perjury
No one can take any defence ( defense in American English) under law of ignorance after knowing all these Terms which are explained to anyone before getting associated with the Controller under clear proof created online or offline. Having 'signed' to that effect through video/s or in writing ( electronic / on paper) if the Common Patron refuses to have known of the Terms or takes defence in terms of ignorance it amounts to perjury, punishable in law.
2. Access to Restricted or Secure Areas of the Site
Portions of our Website may be restricted by password protection. Users to whom we have granted permission to access the restricted content may do so by logging in to their account.
3. Termination of Use
ICA University may change, suspend, or discontinue its services, its Site, or potions of its Site at any time, without prior notice or liability, at its sole discretion. In addition, ICA University reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any user of its Site, without prior notice or liability, at its sole discretion.
4. Intellectual Property Rights, Limited License
Except as otherwise indicated in these Terms of Use or on the Site, you may access, view, retrieve, store, download, and print information on this site for your individual use, subject to the following conditions: (i) information may not be altered or modified in any way; (ii) information is solely for individual use and cannot be used for commercial purposes; (iii) copyrights and other proprietary notices cannot be removed from the information; (iv) use of the information constitutes a license and not a transfer of title; (v) ICA University or the Author or his assignee alone reserves the right to revoke the license to access, view, retrieve, store, download, and print information from its Site at any time, for any reason, at its/ his sole discretion; (vi) users may not adapt or copy the programming code that is used to generate pages on the Website; (vii) no intellectual property rights owned by us-ICA University or the Author or his assignee are being licensed beyond the limited license to access, view, retrieve, store, download, and print information on the Site for individual use; (viii) the use of the design or layout of the Website is not covered by the limited license to access, view, retrieve, store, download, and print information on the Site for individual use; (ix) users may not reproduce, modify, publicly perform, or otherwise use the content on the Web Site in any way not expressly authorized in these Terms of Use.
5. Copyrights, Service Marks, & Trademarks
Unless stated to the contrary, all information, documentation, and other content posted in or on the Site is protected by the Indian, the USA and YouTube’s copyright law or third-party licensors if any. By making its content available on the Site, ICA University or the Author or his assignee is not waiving or transferring any proprietary rights, including but not limited to copyrights or trademarks, in such content, to you or any other third party. All rights reserved. The violation shall be prosecuted. Be known that www.icauniversity.us and / ICA University or/ and International Christian Arbitrators University is/ are the trading name of Law Eunoia Service LLC or Law Eunoia Service.

- Thirukkural English Couplet Eunoia Foundation is instituting a donation refund policy to ensure fair and transparent processing of requests for refund of donations as digital payments are becoming more frequent.
- Circumstances for Refund Request: Thirukkural English Couplet Eunoia Foundation expects that all donors will exercise due care and diligence while making donations. Thirukkural English Couplet Eunoia Foundation also recognises that a donation may be made erroneously or donors may change their mind. Amount once paid through the payment gateway shall not be refunded other than in the following circumstances:
- Multiple times debiting of Donor’s Card/Bank Account due to technical error OR Donor's account being debited with excess amount in a single transaction due to technical error. In such cases, excess amount excluding Payment Gateway charges would be refunded to Donor.
- Owing to technical error, payment being charged on the Donor’s Card/Bank Account, the amount would be refunded after deduction of Payment Gateway charges or any other charges.
- Further Information: Thirukkural English Couplet Eunoia Foundation will examine manually each request for refund of donation and endeavour to make the refund. Thirukkural English Couplet Eunoia Foundation may also seek further information / documents and donor must co-operate in this regard.
- After Tax Exemption Certificate: However, Thirukkural English Couplet Eunoia Foundation is not obliged to make refunds and may, in its discretion, decline any requests for refund of donations, particularly if a tax exemption certificate has been issued.
- Written Request a Must: If you would like your donation to Thirukkural English Couplet Eunoia Foundation to be refunded, you must request Thirukkural English Couplet Eunoia Foundation in writing or by email for a refund and Your request must reach Thirukkural English Couplet Eunoia Foundation within 15 (fifteen) days from the date on which you made the donation i.e. the date on which you:
- Made the donation online, electronically or through other means, OR

- Recognition of the Donor : No claim of refund is entertained on the basis of non-selection of the donor for any award recommended/ nominated/ considered, which are considered based on prerequisites, not available for the donor’s benefits, whereas that of the public in general. However, Thirukkural English Couplet Eunoia Foundation will recognize and honour the donor for her/his donation in the ways possible in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- All decisions of Thirukkural English Couplet Eunoia Foundation in this regard will be final and binding on the donor.
16. OTHER DISCLAIMER & PRIVACY POLICY- THIRUKKURAL ENGLISH COUPLET EUNOIA FOUNDATION
- This is Not a Government Website. It is the First Global Educational Revolution by being a registered Educational & Charitable Trust. It is mainly structured using the brain towards achieving Peace, believing the words of Nelson Mandela," It always seems impossible until it is done".
- Whoever participates in any of our units’ programs is doing so in his/ her own interest and he/she takes full responsibility for his participation. He/she releases , all of our organizers, teachers and assistants or anyone involved in any of its programs / all programs from all damages whatsoever, and waives all rights to compensation in case of any injury. Participant personally declares hereby that he/ she is physically and mentally fit to participate in any / all of our programs. Participants will not teach any technique/ method of the program/s unless he/ she has been fully & personally authorized by the Chairman /President .
- Participants have to keep the contents of the program/s and the technique/s or the ways revealed to him/ her during the program confidential. The participant in Program/s should have known and understood that he/ she has to undertake to declare as to handling wisely Human Rights and doing Humanitarian Services as prime aspects in spreading Peace through Thirukkural English Couplet and teaching ADRS techniques are part of our Teaching Programs, comparatively based on the Canon Law of the Bible and as to not supporting any form of violence in any part of the globe, and not supporting any sort or form of untouchability among humans, as to be humans, not clinging into any unreasonable, superstitious dogmas within a caste, region, religion, creed, colour, gender etc.
- We do not charge any Tuition Fee for any 'Knowledge based on Truth' from Thirukkural or elsewhere. Howbeit, notwithstanding no Canon Law controlling our faith barring Proverbs 23:23 for 'Knowledge based on facts', permitting us to charge fee, we restrain ourselves as much as possible via Proverbs 31: 8-9, which says as follows for imparting knowledge on Human Rights, Humanitarian Services and ADRS:
“Open your mouth for the mute, for the rights of all who are destitute. Open your mouth, judge righteously defend the rights of the poor and needy.” -Proverbs 31:8-9
- We feel Responsible for defence of the poor victims in the Hon’ble Courts without any fee. We will act through the Committee called, Law Eunoia Services, headed by the Managing Trustee. If we do not impart this knowledge also free of charge, the poor cannot afford to learn them from anywhere paying hefty fees. As per "ICA University Charter on Certification & Appointment" dated 08.12.2020, we do not charge even for Analysis, Tests, Examinations & Certification if anyone needs it/ them though these are value/s added to their knowledge. We are doing things based on our Faith nothing else in all these, as we believe that 'Cosmic Law' ( God Created Design-vide: Thirukkural Chapter 38) would render our wages for things that we offer free of charge done by dint of sheer hard work. If any of our individuals conducts any course individually apart from our banner will do so not being bound by any of our Policies. Vide: our specific Charter. Importantly we believe in the golden principle of the Canon Law,

- Services of TES / LES:
The Foundation may help by sponsoring the Candidates join the Courses therein as given as many as possible, which TES/LES is approved of. However decision of the Director of TES / the Author of the Trust is final. This Service for admission is not disputable at all.
- Offer of Honoris Causa Doctorate & Doctor of Cosmic Law (CLD) Privacy Policy
- Thirukkural English Couplet Eunoia Foundation’s concerned Unit would offer CLD / Honoris Causa Doctorate to the exceptional by Invitation/ Nomination/ Evaluation, using its Media Partner called ICA University Today. It may also consider the recommendation of other Organization/s approved by ICA University if there is/are real case/s, who has / have contributed through any/ their Organization/s. The final decision is vested in Privacy Policy pursuant to the Articles of the 'ICA University Doctor of Cosmic Law Charter', not open for public discussion. The decision of the Author or his delegated / assigned nominee would be considered final in case of confusion or hesitation.
- This novel identification as Doctor of Cosmic Law (CLD) is unique, as offered by the Educational Unit/s of this Foundation, which is approved by / affiliated with the ICA University / any other University / Institution. Other Divisions of the Chartered Bible Medicine Ministries have already honoured persons with CLD, wherein there was no specification. But hereafter and henceforth ICA University has taken over the offer of the CLD with all specifications using the Teach Eunoia Services/ Law Eunoia Services. No other division will be eligible to offer such an identification unless approved by / gets affiliated to ICA University .
- The CLD is also offered on Recommendation and the admission for "ICA University C-Peace Membership" is offered on the recommendation by the Legal Consultant appointed or the author in his capacity as a Legal Consultant or another Organization and / via Agreement Form. This CLD Title requires you to meet out all prerequisites, which can in a way be waived off, away from the Rules & Conditions specified under 'CLD' by the Author of the Foundation / Director of the TES or any of the assigned dignitary. It is his discretion. The filled in Form under 'CLD' does not mean that one can claim the offer as his right. The acceptance for CLD or decline is the discretion pursuant to the Privacy Policy or it lies with the discretion of the Author or his designated nominee.
- This identification as CLD does not guarantee the conduct and character of the person, whereas the contribution offered by him / her to the cause of spreading Peace via 'Thirukkural English Couplet' / English Thirukkural makes him eligible for the Honoris Causa. No one fanatic over anything like religion, language and the like is not entertained and he/ she will not be eligible for this offer notwithstanding any other eligibility. Nor are those who act unnaturally eligible for this Honour or Award of CLD. Other Details of eligibilities are available under 'CLD' & 'C-Peace'.
- It is to be noted that all those who endorse Peace Charter may be admitted as our "C-Peace" Members and further all those admitted as C-Peace Members may not be eligible for the offer of the Honorary Doctorate, called Doctor of Cosmic Law (CLD). . Any Legal fraternity's fee / charges for 'Cosmic Law & Eunoia Assessment' is in no way payable by the ICA University, whereas each Lawyer does it on his own charges, payable directly to him / her. The fee structure is determined by the Institution for administration convenience, which is in no way belong to the Institution or TECE Foundation. Anyone who is qualified in Law with a recognized degree may be assigned with the duty/ assignment Sometimes other Degree’s qualification may be considered sufficient. The Details shall be published in the Website of ICA University just to authenticate the appointment if anyone else other than author himself assumes the position as Legal Consultant. Membership fee is completely waived off if.
- The Assessment fee is paid to the work carried out by the Professional/s, which is done to announce acceptance or decline. So it is well understood that the fee paid for Assessment cannot be claimed back after decline for a Doctorate, whereas two more times you can reapply rectifying your ineligibilities.
- Any Criteria herein given in this website may be relaxed or added in addition by the Author of the TECE Foundation with recorded reason/s.
- The Professional/s for assessment is / are appointed by the Foundation or the Concerned Unit directly but they are paid by the individuals, as fixed by the Foundation or the Institution concerned. His/her/their Report is submitted to the concerned unit/s of the Foundation.
- The payment fixed for the Assessing Professional/s may be reduced at the discretion of the Author of the Foundation, whereas it shall normally be raised every year as decided by the Board of Trustees or as per the Bye of the Foundation.
- No one can claim the offer, nor can he/she sue any of the Professionals for decline of his candidature for a Doctorate.
- Those who have contributed to the society intellectually, identically, monetarily ,brain-stormily may become eligible for the offer of CLD provided all other eligibilities herein set forth are fulfilled. The monetary contribution to any NGO with identical objectives as those of Thirukkural English Couplet Eunoia Foundation not below $ 1,300 ( One Thousand Three Hundred US Dollar) ( INR 100000/) is considered mandatory unless decided otherwise by the Author of Thirukkural English Couplet Eunoia Foundation (w.e.f 1st of January 2023), which may get revised later on by the Author.
- Thirukkural English Couplet Eunoia Foundation does not interfere in any way in the legal Consultation offered by legal consultants for a Fee, which are collected by any of the above said Legal Consultants in his / her capacity as an advocate/ legal practitioner /Psychologists/Doctors. Donors are strictly advised not to donate for the fee of an individual legal consultant through Thirukkural English Couplet Eunoia Foundation except for the Defence Eunoia Services, which is entirely different service. Any claim of any of our services by an individual as his/her right is neither permitted nor encouraged.
- CLD is an Hon./ lamed Doctorate awarded to meritorious contributions to society, to any NGO, and to their profession in such a way as to have enlarged human understanding and enriched human life based on the Kural Couplets. Exceptional contributions to the ICA University may also be considered pursuant to the Rector/ President's discretion. This includes exemplary monetary contribution for eunoia works carried out by any NGO as per Thirukkural. An honorary doctorate acknowledges that the recipient deserves to be recognized for their unsurpassed abilities and contributions due to the eunoia work advocated by Thirukkural.
- The Award conferring function may be scheduled according to the convenience of the Institute, which is a unit or the committee of Thirukkural English Couplet Eunoia Foundation but convocation function may be conducted as per the requests of the majority of the awardees, when they are able to fund for it. Even the place, country, venue etc. may be decided in the course of such discussions. When there is no finality or conclusion the decision of the Director of TES or Author of mother Trust, Thirukkural English Couplet Eunoia Foundation is final
17. oTHER CONDITIONS
- Apart from your accepting to enter this Website at the beginning itself, you are offering yourself to accept these Terms and Conditions in full which form the Contract between the Thirukkural Englsih Couplet Eunoia Foundation (“us”, “we”, “our”, or the “Foundation”/TECEF/ TECE Foundation) and you (“you” or “your”) . If you have any questions or concerns about your Contract with us, you should contact us using the Contact Us link on our website before accepting the Offer. The singular may also refer to plural and masculine general use of he/his/him may also imply feminine gender in general understanding, whenever referred to.
- Donors are not the beneficiaries, never can they be like the Trustees, who are also not the beneficiaries, whereas the general public willing to take part of the benefits have to accept our Terms and Conditions made in the interest of our administration purposes. We do serve the public in 9 different ways possible through the Thirukkural English Couplet Eunoia Foundation as given above.
- TERMS REGARDING RECEIPT OF FUNDS:
The Trustees may accept donations, grants, subscriptions, aids or contributions from any person, Government, Local authorities or any other charitable institutions, in cash or in kind including immovable property without any encumbrance, but the Trustees shall not accept any receipt with any condition or terms inconsistent with the objects of the Trusts. While applying such receipts to the objects, the Trustees shall respect the directions, if any, by the granter. Any receipt with specific direction to treat the same as part of the corpus of the Trust or separate fund shall be funded accordingly. This is because this Foundation firmly believes in Thiruvalluvar’s Kural 96:5,which says “ Despite poverty good tradition Never stops charity”. We raise funds by approaching good tradition (the society -chapter Title 96) world-wide, which readily do charity for our works. This Fund raisingapproach is approved by Thirukkural. Any mony received as Royalty out of the Contract/ otherwise as said above may be treated as income for the Trust. The Author has given his royalty contracted for Thirukkural English Couplet for the welfare of the trust.
4. NOT A MONOPOLY OF ANYONE :Any Service is to all as applicable and decided by the Trust Deed . No one can claim any of the Services as of his/ her right. Nobody can claim monopoly over it. The Donors cannot claim honour/s of any of the approved units of the Thirukkural English Couplet Eunoia Foundation as his/her/their right, nor can the Trustee/s claim it as such.
5. All activities are carried on as per the Registered Deed, so it is theresponsibility/ies of everyone who uses this website to know about them according to his status in the Foundation if personally not known about them otherwise.
6. Any fund in the account of Thirukkural English Couplet Eunoia Foundation belongs to the Foundation only and it does not belong to any individual. However any fund transferred to any individual for whatever reason or activity in the name of / in favour of any individual may not be claimed to be the fund of the Foundation. The first process of Award of Doctor of Cosmic Law ( CLD) is Assessment of Application , which should be done by a qualified Professional in Law, who is appointed by TECEF or as approved otherwise by Thirukkural English Couplet Eunoia Foundation. Since TECEF shall not pay the fee of the said Professional/s in this regard it is the duty of the applicant to see to it.
