Dr. R.J.A. Stephen Loie is the founder of a Faith-based ADR practice dedicated to delivering high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective services to businesses. Over the past decade, Dr. Loie has been involved in a wide range of Conciliation and Arbitral Proceedings. His expertise in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) principles allows him to effectively apply that knowledge in negotiations. Recognizing that a strong legal foundation is crucial for the longevity of a business, Dr. Loie focuses on helping businesses research, and develop by navigating the complex laws and regulations of the business world, whereby the use of ADR services comes into play when disputes arise. His Honour Life Seminars, Lofty Thought Seminars and CLD Seminars also help business owners, middle managers and even other staff become healthy by imparting knowledge on certain concepts called "Faith-Based" which helps secrete serotonin, "The Love Thyself" which helps secrete dopamine and "Love Others" which helps secrete oxytocin and "Engraved Palm" concept which helps secrete endorphin. Dr Loie feels his duty as in the UDHR,1948 to teach and practise all thirty Articles therein as a United Nations website-approved translator himself. He uses all these for any business development by using research methodology. That is why his methodology is known as an "Entrepreneurial Business Law Research Model for Development and Marketing" This approach aims to facilitate growth and maximize profits.
Dr. Loie's ultimate goal is to consistently offer business owners sound legal strategy and advice, building a firm that earns and maintains its clients' trust.
